Disclosure & Liability

ARRIVALS - All other greets will be at your assigned baggage carousel (even if you didnt check in any bags). If you are unable to locate your greeter, please call 808-739-0007 and the dispatcher will assist you.

DEPARTURES - Vehicles will spot 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup. There is a max of 15 minutes grace period before the Driver will be released and the reservation will be considered a NO SHOW FULL CHARGE.

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.  If a credit card was provided, it will be processed 24-48 hours prior to the date of the reservation.  Any cancellation under 48 hours will receive NO REFUNDS.

CARSEATS, should one be ordered and utilized, the guest/parent is responsible to ensure the safe installation of the seat. We will make every attempt to install the seat, but the parent should always check to make sure the seat is installed.

 

LUGGAGE and PERSONAL ITEMS - Company assumed no liability for damaged baggage, except as baggage that is in transit, in which case the maximum liability is $75 for any single piece and $150 for any single guest. In no case, the Company's liability exceeds the limits shown above or the cost of repair replacement or actual cash value, whichever is lower. Guest must report significant damage within 24 hours from service. Guest must provide pictures at the time of reporting damage. The Company reserves the right to inspect the item and determine the type and account of reimbursement, if any, based on damages.

 

NOTICE - Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on a charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Company is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle, if anything is found the Company will keep them for a period of 30 days before donating them to a local charity.

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn and a sanitation fee of $250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law.

Any fines will be paid for by the customer if the customer is requesting illegal activities (parking in a no parking zone, speeding, drinking alcohol in the vehicle or anything that is similar or construed as illegal). The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). Shuttles will not be loaded over their capacity. Smoking is also not permitted in any of our vehicle.

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITY ACT - If a request is needed, ADA vehicle reservations must be made 5 days prior to the date and time of service. We will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate the needs of the disabled guest.  For electric wheelchairs, the combines weight of the wheelchair and guest cannot exceed 600 lbs. The usable platform is 48 inches by 30 inches. The maximum weight that a Driver can carry into the vehicle is 50 lbs.

Please note that smoking is not allowed on any of our vehicles pursuant to Hawaii State Law HRS328. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by Law.
